Charcoal/ Soft Pastel
Drawing with charcoal adds seriousness to your art and brings a gratification all on its own. You will learn to create values of gray that will compel your audience to appreciate what they see. This experience in black and white will take your art to another level. Soft pastel (like oil pastel) is a world of easy blends and layers of color collaborations. This medium lends to the quick application of layers, forcing one to create new colors which also add to the depth of the subject matter. There is much to learn here in blending and building.
